I may be a bit late posting this on Christmas eve, but since this recipe can make use of leftover Christmas pudding, you could always give it a go to eat on boxing day – or to hand out as New Years Eve presents. Otherwise, there is always next Christmas 🙂
I used a recipe from Nigella, replacing the sherry with rum and the golden syrup with sweet freedom. My truffles were topped with melted white chocolate and shapes moulded from marzipan tinted with food colouring. Have a wonderful Christmas, whether it be this year or next.
