Triple chocolate cookies

These were made using a recipe from Nigella Express (link below), but replacing the dark chocolate chips with chunks and drops of dark, milk and white chocolate.  Instead of step 5, I found it easier to roll the mixture with my hands, making about 25 little balls. As this made smaller cookies than in the recipe, they were baked in 10-12 mins.

Before cooking, I put half of the cookie dough balls in the freezer, ready for another time.  Due to popular demand, this was only a few days later, and they cooked just as well straight from the freezer in under 15 mins.  I am hoping for the excuse (not that one is needed) to make more soon – and look forward to experimenting with different additions such as chilli, cocoa nibs, nuts, cranberries, ginger and so on…
